If bookings are cancelled at least 48 hours before the indicated time of arrival no penalty fee will be charged; otherwise the customer will be charged 20% of the service cost.
In the event of delays due to airlines, customers will not be required to pay any penalty fee and the service will be guaranteed.
In the event a flight is diverted to another airport, we are exempt from any obligation to wait for the customer. Customers may, however, contact us from the airport where they have arrived and inform us of their destination airport and time of arrival; only in this case can we reschedule the service.
For delayed arrivals by boat, we will wait for 60 minutes from the expected time of docking. If we receive no communication from you via telephone we are exempt from any obligation to wait and you will be charged the entire sum for the service.
Night service is available from: 22.00 to 06.00 and entails a 20% increase in price.
Upon your arrival at the airport, train station or seaport our drivers will be waiting for you holding a sign with the name you specified during booking.
In the event the airline loses your baggage we ask that you call us at +39 338 69 45 077 or inform your driver.The prices agreed upon for the service include all taxes required in Italy.
Any changes to the agreed upon services should be communicated via telephone or email; in no cases are our drivers authorized to accept bookings or schedule or addresses changes.
Please indicate if you intend to bring oversized baggage.
Our drivers speak both English and Italian.
Smoking is prohibited in our cars.
